I read a Wired magazine article on the same day my employer's remodeling project includes lots of headache inducing fumes. As such, I obsess over the possabilty of obtaining more brain power, even if it involves pumping electrical current through my head.

I needed to back up my DB, but my host wasn't very helpful. Here's why, and how I got it all to work.
Just the other day I expressed some thoughts on caching. The jist was that I wondered how to cache a page when some of the content has to remain dynamic. Then, yesterday, when I couldn't access Matt's site, he posts Version 2.5 of the Staticize Reloaded plugin for WordPress which addresses these very issues. Cool! Then, look at the results. Wow! Guess I'll have to look at this for my upcoming redesign. (hint, hint).
I've been meaning to look into caching a little closer but, as usual, time is short. Then Mike P. Offers some links to some great resources on caching. Thanks for the links Mike.
